Senior Accountant (Revenue Assurance)
The Senior Accountant will help reinforce our Companys Accounts and Finance team and will specifically be responsible for ensuring an optimal management of the Companys Balance Sheet. The Senior Account will also ensure the timely preparation of accurate financial reports for the various stakeholders of the Company.
Educational qualification and experience:
• B. Sc (Hons) degree in Accounting or Finance from a leading university.
• ACA with at least 3 years post qualification experience.
• MBA degree obtained from a leading business school will be an advantage
• Highly analytical & numerate
• Very conversant with Accounting software and other software-based Financial Management tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Well-organised and able to work with minimum supervision
Web Developer /Database Administrator
The Web Developer / Database Administrator will be creating and managing the company’s web portal and a range of databases. To be considered for this position you must have very strong skills in more than one of the following: VB.Net, ASP.Net, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and either PHP, MySQL or C#. A sound knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 will be specifically required. Experience with
very creative, content rich, Web 2.0 projects and technologies will be an advantage.

Senior Network Engineer
The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for planning, scoping, deploying network improvement and technical support activities for high-end enterprise customers. He / she will also provide technical leadership for bids and tenders, and manage new technology trials with enterprise clients.
Educational qualifications and experience:
• A good Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering from a reputable University
• At least 6 years post- CCNP certification with hands-on experience acquired in a reputable telecommunications or ISP operation. CCIE certification or MBA degree will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of Radio Frequency Engineering obtained in a
Service Provider⁄Carrier environment.
• Good experience in designing, implementing and supporting data network security

RF Systems Engineer
Formal Qualifications - B.Eng, B.Tech, HND Electrical/Electronics,
Communications Engineering
The Engineer is part of a team responsible for deploying new Swift
cell sites, maintaining the operational readiness of existing
system cell sites, and providing technical support to Swift
Customers
Experience: Relevant RF installation and maintenance experience
for at least 3 years
Job Requirements:
• Responding to all NOC call outs within a specified area and
contact the appropriate field staff to resolve a system problem.
• Determining the cause of equipment failure using various types
of complex test equipment.
• Maintains accurate records of equipment assignments.
• Follows up on all network related issues to ensure customer
satisfaction.
• Technician will be assigned to 24-hour "on call" duty to resolve
any cell-related or customer issues.
• Implement, conduct and coordinate the smooth operation, repair,
maintenance and expansion of all systems in market.
• Make frequent field visits and assure that all facilities are
clean, functioning properly, alarmed properly and measures are
being taken to correct any deficiencies.
• Ensure that all pertinent information for site updates is
properly documented in site log book monthly and annually.
• Operate, maintain and repair all components of the system in and
around the assigned area of responsibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints concerning
technical problems with the system.
• Support Customer Service and Sales staff by interfacing
regularly to report on network outages, as well as network
enhancements.
• Provide field support for new cell construction in the following
areas: on site supervision, equipment delivery coordination, path
alignment coordination, equipment installation, cell turn up, and
cell optimization.
• Coordinate or perform maintenance of cell sites which involves
the emergency generator, batteries/power equipment, the AC units,
microwave dishes, antennas, towers, locks and fences, coax
cabling, etc.
• Maintaining PSTN and cell site circuits by routine or fault
testing and repairing as needed.
• Assist where needed to identify customer system and equipment
problems.
• Configuring and testing new products.
• Assigned end customers with issues related to the protesting and
placement of the CPE within the customer location.
• Test for faulty circuits, repair or replace as necessary, and
take radio measurements to ensure appropriate signal strength or
quality.
• Determine and order supplies and equipment needed for repairs
and replacement of defective system components.
• Receive, investigate, resolve and track trouble tickets.
